The best way to determine whether you have a wheat or gluten allergy, the following blood tests that appear on this page:

Any property or gastroenterologists, internists will do these tests.

You can wheat or gluten intolerance, and have no symptoms. I have celiac disease and not diagnosed until I am 30 years. If you're worried, get tested, what is the best way to find out.

Good luck!

We can not tell from your question, what if you suffer from celiac disease and are also concerned about an allergic or if you are concerned about allergies cause that celiac disease. Give a little more information and why are they concerned about allergies. If you already know you have CD, then you should not eat gluten and therefore need not worry about allergies.
