How to help a 2 year old with chronic constipation? (warning: TMI)? - quick fix for constipation

My daughter has always suffered from constipation () 28 months of his life. This is a family matter that has me and my mother is. My daughter is very difficult and often the chair, a cry of pain when walking. Today there was even a little blood.

I spoke with the doctor, but I always say the same ... plenty of water and foods rich in fiber. Or, suggest a treatment solution. Even with the water more and more foods rich in fiber, seems to have no effect (in a) by us.

I tried to put them pureed prunes trick in the drink and food, but you can enjoy.

Has anyone other advice for me to get more food that is useful to introduce in order to soften stools?

My nephew also had chronic constipation and in vain. He ate lots of fresh fruit, drink plenty of water, eat fiber, blah, blah, blah, blah.

After all, said my dear grandmother, my sister, if they would give him a teaspoon of honey every morning or dark Karo syrup your oatmeal for breakfast would be all right. My sister was very skeptical, but he tried.

It worked! I have not got all day until about 14 or less.

I recommend you try something like this if you have any problems. My nephew is 16 and has to go poo terrible hemorrhoids because of his activism in favor of early to.

Good luck!

There are also other foods that are rich in fiber, plus size feared.

Pears and apples are rich in fiber. In addition, whole wheat pasta is good.
Personally, I do not think like whole wheat pasta, but Ronzoni Taste: Pasta chip is white paste that is rich in fiber.

Try cutting dairy products like milk also tend to be more congested.

No tricks, but I want a different opinion. He should consult a specialist in gastro-intestinal tract, before anything is written as usual.
Since you have difficulty in food to have it soft, try to eliminate binding foods, like cheese.
Have you been tested for food allergies?
