I like all these ideas. The combination of common interests at a time is awesome! I'm glad that you do not believe in movies and dinner, it is refreshing to see, because it seems to be common to all. If you enjoy walking and painting, I am sure that you are the rise and the idea of the park like. You can even create a mini-picnic. Enjoy!
Perhaps something like renting a tandem bicycle, skating, zoo, museum, has been camping, though not for a first date.
